• 8-Overs-a-Side: Each team will play a maximum of 8 overs per inning. This fast-paced format aims to maximize excitement and keep matches short and engaging.
• Bowling Restrictions: Each bowler is permitted to bowl a maximum of 2 overs within an inning. This restriction is intended to encourage team diversity and promote balanced play, giving all players a chance to contribute.

• Powerplay Duration: The powerplay will last for the first 2 overs of each inning.
• Field Restrictions During Powerplay: Only two fielders are allowed outside the 30-yard circle during the powerplay overs, allowing for more aggressive batting opportunities and making powerplay overs especially crucial for scoring.
• Field Restrictions After Powerplay: After the powerplay (from the 3rd over onward), a minimum of four players must remain inside the 30-yard circle. This rule maintains a level of balance between fielding flexibility and scoring potential.

Match Points: The winning team will receive 2 points. If a match ends in a tie or if multiple teams are tied on points at the end of group matches, the Net Run Rate (NRR) will be used to determine the standings and qualification for the knockout stage. A higher NRR will serve as the deciding factor for team advancement.

• Group Stage Advancement: The top 2 teams from each group will advance to the Quarter-Final stage based on points and, if necessary, NRR.
• Knockout Progression: Teams advancing from the Quarter-Finals will compete in the Semi-Finals, with the winners moving on to the Final to determine the tournament champion.

Final and Binding Decisions: Umpire decisions are considered final and binding. All players and teams must respect and abide by the umpire’s calls to maintain the integrity of the game.

Pre-Match Arrival: All players must be present at the match venue at least 30 minutes before the scheduled match time. This ensures adequate preparation time, a smooth start, and timely management of each game.
